Premium mortise entry set featuring the Manhattan handleset design in Brass. Available in F20 (always locked), F13 (standard keyed), and Dummy (decorative) functions.

FEATURES:
• UL Listed Mortise Door Prep ANSI A115.1
• UL 180-minute fire rating
• Heavy duty lock body
• Forged deadbolt latch with anti-saw inserts
• Anti-friction latch trigger
• Deadlocking latch bolt
• Key outside operates both bolts (F20/F13)
• Inside lever retracts latch and deadbolt simultaneously (F20/F13)

SPECIFICATIONS:
• Functions: F20 (Always Locked), F13 (Standard Keyed), or Dummy (Decorative)
• Backsets: 2½” or 2¾”
• Handing: Left Hand (LH) or Right Hand (RH) – Required for all mortise locks
• Door Thickness: Standard 1¾” (specify if thicker in order notes)
• Door Swing: Standard in-swing (specify if out-swing in order notes)

INTERIOR TRIM SELECTION:
Interior knob or lever must be selected at time of order. Choose from pages 10-23 (Brass) or pages 24-25 (Sandcast Bronze) in the Emtek catalog. Specify interior trim style in order notes.

INSTALLATION NOTES:
• Handing is REQUIRED for all mortise locks
• Interior trim selection is REQUIRED at time of order
• Fits standard door thickness of 1¾”
• For thicker doors or out-swing applications, specify in order notes
• Professional installation recommended
